We were able to work out a plan with our photographer separately to film raw footage instead so we ended up terminating our contract with Daniel before the wedding day, but I wanted to leave a review for the customer service alone. He refunded our deposit in full and was super understanding. Wedding planning and hiring/communicating with vendors can be stressful but Daniel definitely made it easy. His work is fantastic (and we would’ve loved to work with him) but his customer experience is greatly appreciated!
